Trio pleads guilty over fraud and misrepresentations
“thisisbristol.co.uk”, United Kingdom on 06th May 2011 : Three people admitted their roles in fraudulently earning £450,000 from the National Health Service. Bristol-based nurse Rosemary Ngunjoh and taxi driver husband Elvis Tafoh-Ngunjoh were involved, as well as health care assistant Nji Pascal, Bristol Crown Court heard. Ngunjoh, 42, Tafoh-Nagunjoh, 44, of Oxbarton, Stoke Gifford and Nji, 28, of Gwent, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud with others between March 2003 and December 2009……All three admitted making false representations on employment applications. These included fabricated details concerning referees, fabricated details concerning their right to live and work in the UK, falsely obtaining documents and registration with the nursing and midwifery council.
