Saratoga Springs man indicted in false credentials case
“The Saratogian”, USA on 15th November 2010 : The man who allegedly fabricated credentials and posed as a psychologist to obtain a position with Saratoga County Family Court was arraigned Monday on charges of first-degree offering false instrument for filing, third-degree grand larceny and two counts of third-degree falsifying business records. Steven B. Feldman was contracted with Saratoga County from 2006 to 2010 to perform as a psychologist for the office of the public defender and Saratoga County Family Court…….Saratoga County District Attorney James A. Murphy III outlined in June that Feldman “claimed he had certain degrees … and professional certifications that he does not allegedly have. He also claims he graduated from schools that state police have advised are diploma mills.”
