COLUMBIA, USA: According to the Cape Cod Online dated 13 Aug 2010, Jeffrey Perry who is in his fourth term as a state representative and running for the 10th Congressional District seat claims that he has earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Columbia State University (CSU). However, according to the federal authorities CSU was a “diploma mill” run by a renowned con artist and former hypnotist, Ronald Pellar.
