USA: Fake documents for mortgage fraud

PITTSBURGH, USA: According to the Times Online dated 9 Aug 2010, Ralph Esposito, 46, pleaded guilty in federal court to mortgage fraud charges that resulted from a grand jury investigation. He is accused of working with other local men in a mortgage fraud scheme under the name of Beaver Financial Services. Esposito provided false documentation to loan institutions to obtain mortgages that paid for property purchases between December 2002 and August 2009.
