NORTH CAROLINA, USA: According to The Progressive Pulse dated 9 June 2010, Jack Walker, Executive Director of the State Health Plan (SHP), is being pressurized by the SHP employees to step down from his post on account of his bogus PhD. Degree. Walker’s resume shows that he has earned a PhD. degree from Columbia Pacific University, which was an unaccredited institution.
