LAHORE, Pakistan: According to the Indian Express dated 10 June 2010, an election tribunal of the Lahore High Court deferred its decision to June 11 on an election petition seeking disqualification of Mudassar Qayyum Nahra, Member of National Assembly (MNA) over his fake graduation degree. Chaudhry Bilal Ijaz of the Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q), who was defeated by Nahra in 2008 election in Gujranwala, filed a petition stating that the MNA had contested general elections of 2008 on a fake BA degree and therefore must be disqualified.
